THE ORDERING PROCESS
STEP 1: Place an order using the shopping cart checkout. Just "Add to Cart" the items you want to order, with the quantity of items you desire, and proceed to Checkout to finalize the order. Opt for "Guest Checkout" if you are going to order just once, but if you are an avid customer of TSPH store, we recommend you Register as a Member in order for easier and faster Checkouts in the future.
STEP 2: Enter your contact details. Make sure you enter your specific and complete contact details such as Full Name, Shipping Address, Contact Number, Email Address, etc. Whatever you enter in the form will be used by TSPH to contact you and send you the items, so please make sure they are complete and correct.
STEP 3: Choose a payment and shipping option. Upon Checkout, all the available payment options (for you to send the payment to us) and shipping couriers (for us to send the items to you) will be posted for you to choose, along with their appropriate additional fees (if any). Remember that what you choose here will be final, so please think about it seriously before choosing a payment/shipping option. Also, there are no other options besides the options provided there, so if they are not convenient for you, we are very sorry.
STEP 4: Finish Checkout. Double-check your information, and once you finally decide on proceeding with your order, confirm and finish Checkout.
STEP 5: IMPORTANT: Check your email inbox for ORDER VERIFICATION. TSPH Store will be emailing you (using the email address you entered in your order checkout) within 24 hours after you submitted your order via the store for Order Verification. Remember that your order is not yet final if we have not verified it yet. We will email you first to confirm all your details, and if the item you are ordering is still in stock or not available anymore. Feel free to reply to this email should you have any queries.
STEP 6: Send the full payment. After we have verified your order, your Order status will be changed from "Pending" to "Processing." You must send the full payment for your order, including the additional fees (if any), via the payment option of your choice, WITHIN 3 DAYS upon verification of your order. Please be mindful of this; otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled (without notice). Make sure that you send us a text confirmation or email us a scan of your deposit slip after you have sent your payment so we will be aware that you have paid.
STEP 7: TSPH will send your order for shipment. After receiving your payment, TSPH will ship your order within one to three days through the shipping courier of choice (which you have chosen in the Order Checkout). You may ask us for the tracking number of your item for easier tracking. IMPORTANT: Once the shipment has been transferred to the courier, your item will now be in full responsibility of the courier, not TSPH. TSPH will not be liable for any damages of the item due to shipping. If you want to add shipping insurance for your item (which will need a corresponding additional fee), please notify TSPH accordingly.
STEP 8: Wait for your order to arrive on your doorstep. Depending on the efficiency of the shipping courier of your choice and your geographic location, your order may arrive to you within FIVE TO TEN DAYS.
STEP 8.1: If your order doesn't arrive on time: Should ten days pass and you still haven't received your item, notify TSPH immediately, and also check with the courier of your choice (you can ask TSPH for the tracking number).
STEP 8.2: If your order arrives on time, but it is defective, missing, or is the wrong item/color: We can issue an exchange or refund as the case may be, but remember to notify us WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your item. After this time period we will not honor refunds or exchanges.
STEP 8.3: If your order arrives on time and is in good condition: Proceed to Step 9!
STEP 9: HAPPY WITH TSPH STORE'S SERVICE? Send us a testimonial! This is optional: meaning if you haven't contacted us after we have shipped your order, we will automatically assume that you have received your item on time and in good condition. But we would appreciate it if you update us on whether you got your item and if you liked/loved it, or if there are aspects of our services you want us to improve upon.
