ORDER PROCESSING
1. Orders are processed daily from Monday to Saturday.
2. Products sold at http://taylorswiftph.com/store are normally available for courier pickup and consolidation within twenty-four (24) hours after the order has been processed and approved.
3. If an order will not be available within three (3) days or is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified via email and will be advised if and when the item will become available or if TSPH Store has discontinued selling the item for whatever reason.
4. The customer has the option to put the order on “pending status” and wait for the items to become available, or have the order cancelled and the customer will not be charged for the order.
5. If the order is approved, the customer will be notified via email at the email address provided when the order was placed online.
6. Stock availability of listed items is not guaranteed.
7. For inquiries about the status of an order, send an email to store@taylorswiftph.com.
PAYMENT
1. As of this time, we only accept two payment methods: Globe GCash (to the GCash account of TSPH Treasurer Farshana Datukon) and Banco De Oro Bank Deposit (to the TSPH President Michelle Duran's bank account).
2. Payment must be send within 3 days after order verification. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation.
SHIPPING
1. Approved orders are shipped through any of TSPH Store's authorized courier, Air 21. This authorized courier reserves the right to refuse to ship items that are restricted from carriage by air transport regulations or the regulations of its air carrier partners.
2. Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day the order was confirmed to the customer. Orders for delivery will be delivered within 2 to 7 days from the process date of the order. We do not ship internationally.
3. All products sold at http://taylorswiftph.com/store are available for shipping only. We do not do meet-ups. And as of this time, we do not have a physical store located anywhere, just this online store.
