PREORDER INSTRUCTIONS:

1. PRODUCT. You are ordering an authentic Wonderstruck by Taylor Swift Eu de Parfum Spray from Luxasia Philippines. TSPH will only be handling the online orders but the supplies do not come from us.

2. DISCOUNT. This special 10% price discount is only available if you order online from the TSPH Merchandise Store. This special offer will not be available in stores.

3. PRE-ORDERING. This is a PRE-ORDER. Meaning, you will NOT be getting your item immediately after you order. Instead, pre-ordering will be done BY BATCH. TSPH will gather online orders by batch, accept payments by batch, forward them to Luxasia by batch, receive the items by batch, and deliver them to customers by batch. (If you wish to receive the item immediately after you order, we advise you to purchase Wonderstruck directly from the stores.)

For this particular batch, initial deadline of orders and payments will be on SEPTEMBER 15, 2012.

TSPH will forward the list of orders to Luxasia on the same day and will be receiving stocks within 2-3 days from that date. After TSPH has received the stocks, they will be dispatched to customers as soon as possible.

4. FREE BAG PROMO. The free bag promo for every purchase of two 3.4oz/100mL Wonderstruck bottles does NOT cover online orders. If you wish to avail of this promo, we advise you to purchase Wonderstruck directly from the stores.

6. PAYMENTS. Four payment modes will be accepted: Bank Deposit (Banco de Oro, Metrobank, and Unionbank), LBC Money Transfer, Globe GCash and PayPal. Account names and numbers will be given upon placing your order. TSPH will not accept any other payment modes.

For this batch of pre-orders, payments must be sent in full on or before SEPTEMBER 15, 2012. Otherwise your order will not be included in the batch. Be sure to inform TSPH immediately after you pay so we can verify.

7. SHIPPING. WE SHIP WONDERSTRUCK NATIONWIDE. Shipping will be done through 2GO and will cost PHP250. The customer will be the one to shoulder the shipping fee. Wonderstruck is breakable and fragile and will consequently need extra care and handling, hence the high shipping fee. TSPH will not be responsible for any breakages or damages because of shipping.

8. MEET-UPS. WE WILL HOLD MEET-UPS FOR WONDERSTRUCK. TSPH will only hold ONE meet-up per batch. Exact date and time is to be announced, but expect it to be 3-5 days after September 15, during non-office hours. The meet-up place will only be either SM North EDSA or TriNoma (final place to be announced). Stand by our FB page for announcements. Also, TSPH will most likely NOT be holding additional meet-up dates, so if you are unsure if you can attend the meet-up, better choose the shipping method instead.

Payment for meet-ups: There will be no additional shipping/meet-up fee if you choose the meet-up option, but full payment for the perfume must still be sent on or before SEPTEMBER 15, and not during the meet-up. This is because TSPH must pay Luxasia in full in order to receive the stocks.
